Originating from the eastern side of Buffalo, NY, A.A. Lewis draws inspiration from the streets of Buffalo (The 716), shaping many of the narratives and characters within her works.

In each of her books, A.A. Lewis skillfully weaves together a distinctive mix of street culture, sophistication, drama, and complexity. Her characters are bold, unapologetic, and leave a lasting impression. Rejecting confinement to a single facet of the urban literary genre, her recent publications, such as “The M.I.
